Argyll Scott is now seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager (KAM) to join our client team in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. The KAM will be responsible for managing and growing strategic relationships with key retail partners, ensuring the delivery of business objectives while driving revenue growth. Responsibilities:

  • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring strong, long-term relationships and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts while identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement account plans, aligning customer needs with company goals to drive mutual success.
  • Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure profitable agreements that align with business objectives.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, operations) to deliver tailored solutions and enhance customer experience.
  • Market & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, customer needs, and competitors to refine strategies and stay ahead of the market.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Regularly track and report key metrics, sales performance, and customer feedback to optimize strategies.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • At least 4 years of relevant experience in KAM, Sales in FMCG or similar industry.
  • Bachelor’s Degree/ master’s degree in business, marketing or related subject.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently
