We are seeking a Knowledge Lead
to join our AI Transformation team and help deliver AI-powered solutions across Customer Service, Underwriting, Claims, and Distribution.
Working within a cross-functional squad, you will partner with Product Owners, Process Owners, and AI Engineers to capture, structure, and govern business knowledge that enables agentic AI, copilots, and intelligent automation. You will ensure AI solutions are powered by trusted, accurate, and up-to-date insurance knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and organize business knowledge, policies, procedures, and decision rules for AI solutions.
- Translate insurance expertise into AI-ready content, taxonomies, and knowledge assets.
- Define knowledge governance and quality standards.
- Support the design and deployment of AI-powered customer and employee experiences.
Requirements
- Experience in insurance operations, knowledge management, business analysis, or transformation.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, customer journeys, and operational processes.
- Exposure to GenAI, LLMs, enterprise search, copilots, or knowledge management platforms preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
