My client is a reputable Financial Services company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is passionate about transformation and process improvement to lead the Business Analyst team, involved with transforming ways of working and approach to business analysis
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering and process improvement workshops
- Analyze and map current business processes and identify gaps in processes and conduct process re-engineering
- Design and implement effective business analysis strategy - methodology, framework and SOP
- Contribute to project planning and long‑term platform and product development road maps
- Oversee business cases, write user stories, manage product backlog, deliver customer journey and change management activities
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ experienced Business Analysts
Requirements:
- 10+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Solid experience in Financial Services, ideally Pensions / Asset Management
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
