My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Lead Business Analyst who is passionate about transformation and process improvement to join their team where they will be highly involved with transforming multiple markets ways of working and approach to business analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business requirements gathering workshops for different local market teams
- Analyze and map current business processes and identify gaps in processes and conduct process re-engineering
- Develop business cases, write user stories, manage product backlog, deliver customer journey and change management activities
- Facilitate process improvement workshops
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Business Analysis experience
- Solid experience in Insurance industry
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to decipher requirements that are may be uncertain or unclear
- Passionate about business analysis, change management and business transformation
