Our client is growing their 20–25 person engineering team and is looking for a hands-on Lead Full Stack Engineer to mentor junior developers and elevate technical standards across global FS transformation projects.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and guide a team of junior developers, improving code quality, structure, and enterprise-grade practices
• Work hands-on across the stack: front end, back end, on-prem, cloud, LLM/GenAI solutions
• Contribute to architecture, design, and delivery of projects for global banking and insurance clients
• Help shape the team’s development standards and practices during a major growth phase

Tech Stack

• Front End: React
• Back End: Python, SQL (Postgres)
• Cloud / DevOps: Azure, AWS, Windows & Linux environments
• Bonus: Java experience, LLM/GenAI exposure

What We’re Looking For

• 5–8 years of software development experience, with some mentoring or leadership responsibilities
• Comfortable working across the stack, introducing best practices and enterprise-level standards
• Ideally have prior consulting experience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to guide juniors
• Excellent communication: English required, Cantonese preferred
