Our client, a fastgrowing technology company in the F&B and hospitality sector, is seeking a Regional Market Expansion Manager to lead market expansion across Singapore and Hong Kong.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven enterprise sales professional with proven success in opening new markets, closing large-scale deals, and building long-term partnerships within the F&B, QSR, and hospitality industries.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new customer acquisition and market expansion across Singapore and Hong KongManage the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to solutioning, negotiating, and closing
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies with the marketing and product teams
- Build strategic partnerships with F&B groups, QSR chains, and hospitality operators
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners such as POS, payment, and delivery platforms
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences to strengthen brand visibility
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in B2B enterprise business development or sales
- Proven track record in market expansion and closing complex enterprise deals
- Must have experience selling to F&B, QSR, or hospitality clients
- Regional exposure across Singapore and Hong Kong preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset, commercial acumen, and data-driven approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
