My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are building out a team to support the transformation of an entire department for their business. Looking for a PMO or Project Analyst to join their PMO team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect data from project managers, track, and report on project metrics and performance indicators
- Organize and coordinate PMO meetings
- Assist in documenting governance processes
- Prepare and distribute governance-related reports, such as project status updates and compliance audits
- Train project teams on governance processes and tools, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities
- Ensure that projects adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and standards set by the PMO
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in PMO / Project Management role within Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, or a related field is often preferred
- Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support project decision-making
- Proficiency in Office tools such as MS Office Suite including SharePoint
- Hands-on Experience in Agile methodology; PMO or PM qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, etc.
