Product Manager (Healthcare)

We are supporting a leading organization within the healthcare and professional solutions industry that is looking to appoint Product Manager to support business growth in Thailand.

This role will be responsible for managing the full product lifecycle, from strategic planning through execution, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful market adoption and commercial impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Own downstream product and marketing strategy for assigned product lines
• Develop and execute annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives
• Lead product launches, campaigns, and ongoing promotional activities
• Adapt regional or global strategies into effective local execution
• Work closely with sales teams to develop tools, training materials, and enablement initiatives
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
• Manage marketing budgets and track effectiveness of initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or strategic marketing
• Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or professional B2B environments is preferred
• Strong commercial mindset with solid analytical and project management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix organization
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in English
