QA Engineer / Web Developer - 2 yrs Freelance Remote

Our client is an insurance company currently implementing major AI-driven customer solution projects. They are building a full technical team across APAC and seeking to hire professionals in various roles, including but not limited to software development, data science, machine learning, and engineering leadership.

This is a 2-year freelance contract with all positions fully remote. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (Asia time zone), with an above-market average monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance Engineer: Implement automated testing for multiple scenarios, ensuring early bug detection and software quality across microservices, using tools like Selenium and JMeter.
• Web Developer: Develop clean, structured code for advanced online insurance platforms using JavaScript, React/Angular, and Node.js, adhering to microservices architecture and best practices.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
• High fluency in English, able to work with fully international team
• Quality Assurance Engineer: 3+ years in automated testing, experience with Selenium, Cucumber, or JMeter, and knowledge of microservices testing
• Web Developer: 3+ years in JavaScript, React/Angular, and Node.js; experience with MongoDB, Docker, and API frameworks like Swagger
