The opportunity

We are partnered with a global life insurer to build out its regional AI Centre of Excellence, connecting advances in analytics, machine learning and generative AI with business priorities across Asia.

As an AI Analytics Translator, you will help markets and functions identify where AI can create credible, measurable value. Working between business stakeholders and technical specialists, you will shape opportunities, test assumptions and connect regional capabilities with local operational needs. This role suits someone who combines analytical judgement with the ability to make complex ideas clear and actionable.

What you will do

• Help business teams frame operational challenges and potential AI opportunities.
• Assess whether AI is an appropriate response to the identified problem.
• Develop value hypotheses, business-case inputs and measurable success criteria.
• Evaluate data readiness, adoption constraints and delivery considerations.
• Translate regional AI capabilities into market and process requirements.
• Interpret analytical findings and support evidence-based prioritisation across stakeholders.

What you will bring

• Strong analytical judgement and stakeholder facilitation skills.
• Practical understanding of machine learning, generative AI and data readiness.
• Experience shaping business cases or value hypotheses.
• Ability to connect operational needs with analytical possibilities.
• Clear communication across business, data and technical audiences.

Preferred: Insurance-industry or multi-market experience.
