Regional BD Manager (Capital Market), HKD 70-90k

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to support the APAC Capital Markets practice, with a focus on DCM and related financial regulatory work. This role is ideal for a BD professional who excels in strategy execution, cross-border collaboration, and data-driven market insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of Capital Markets BD strategy across APAC, driving growth initiatives and client-focused campaigns
• Identify market opportunities through data-led insights, competitive analysis, and client feedback
• Collaborate closely with global BD and sector teams to enhance inter-office connectivity and enable cross-selling opportunities
• Prepare high-quality pitch materials, submissions, and win strategies for Capital Markets mandates
• Manage pipeline tracking, horizon scanning, and use of technology/tools to generate actionable business intelligence

Requirements

• Strong Business Development experience in an international law firm or professional services environment, preferably within Capital Markets or Financial Markets practices
• Proven ability to design and implement BD strategies aligned with wider business objectives
• Strong analytical capabilities; comfortable working with data and market intelligence tools
• Skilled in building relationships with partners, lawyers, and global BD teams across regions
• Track record in preparing pitches, proposals, and panel submissions for complex matters
• Familiarity with cross-border collaboration and global BD processes
