An Asia-headquartered tech SaaS company is looking for a driven Regional Business Development Manager (Enterprise Accounts)
to join its Singapore
office. Backed by a global tech group and operating at scale, the company delivers AI-powered solutions that help enterprise clients drive efficiency, growth, and engagement.
This is a regional individual contributor role focused on new business acquisition across SEA countries. Ideal for experienced enterprise sellers who thrive in complex, consultative environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new enterprise clients across SEA, with a focus on high-value, multi-site deals
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solution design to commercial negotiation and closure
- Build and manage senior-level relationships across multiple functions (eg IT, operations, marketing, and C-suites)
- Drive pipeline through direct outreach, ecosystem partnerships, and participation in industry events
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, marketing, and customer success to ensure deal success and long-term client value
Key Requirements
- More than 8 years in enterprise sales, business development, or solution selling in SaaS or B2B tech
- Proven track record of closing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder deals in Southeast Asia
- Strong consultative sales skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level executives
- Familiarity with the F&B, hospitality, or retail sector is advantageous but not required
- Self-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable in high-growth or start-up environments
- Fit for frequent market visits across SEA countries
