A high-growth B2B SaaS organisation in the restaurant/F&B/hospitality ecosystem is scaling across APAC and appointing a Regional Head of BD/Sales (Director) to join its regional hub in Singapore.
This organisation’s proprietary SaaS solutions directly addressing the industry's pain point; removing operational bottlenecks while driving measurable revenue uplift and stronger customer experience.
Based in Singapore, the role will directly manage a team of in-market BD/Sales Managers across Asia.
Key responsibilities
- Own regional new business outcomes end-to-end: pipeline quality, deal conversion, revenue delivery
- Build and lead a senior team of Enterprise and SMB sales leaders across markets
- Define country-level commercial priorities and account focus, with clear execution rhythm
- Set sales standards across prospecting, qualification, and deal discipline
- Personally steer high-value negotiations and final deal decisions
Key requirements
- Strong enterprise network within restaurants/F&B/hospitality or adjacent industries across APAC
- 10+ years leading high-growth sales/BD teams in senior roles, with clear evidence of building commercial scale
- Experienced in scaling revenue and teams in a tech/SaaS or product-led growth environment
- A strong leadership presence and hands-on leader who sets standards, coaches decisively, and drives pace
- Comfortable operating across markets with pressure, ambiguity, and accountability
