is hiring a Regional Key Account Manager
to take ownership of enterprise client partnerships
across Southeast Asia and Oceania.
This commercial leadership role will drive customer success and account growth across priority markets, including SEA and Oceania. You’ll oversee relationships with large regional clients, shape account strategy, and lead commercial execution end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead growth planning and retention across strategic enterprise accounts
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
- Identify, structure, and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Deliver structured business reviews and commercial reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive client outcomes
Key Requirements
- 10+ years of enterprise sales or regional account management experience in B2B tech, SaaS, or service-based solution environments
- Excellent commercial instincts and client communication skills
- Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Thrives in an individual contributor role
- Fit for frequent business trips for the responsible region
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous
