About the Client

• Regional APAC insurance group
• Multiple Local Business Units across Asia
• Currently consolidating operations and data platforms
• Moving from fragmented local delivery to regional model

Role Duties

• Lead regional operations migration programmes
• Define transition plans, runbooks and cutover criteria
• Coordinate dress rehearsals and production go-live
• Manage data migration, classification and quality
• Present clearly to C-suite and regional stakeholders

Role Requirements

• 15+ years in insurance technology programme management
• Experience with operations migration or outsourcing
• Azure Data Factory, Synapse or equivalent ETL tools
• Highly organised and delivery-focused
• Strong PowerPoint skills – clear, concise, professional
