Company / Role Overview
Our client provides intelligent automation solutions to organizations, focusing on robotic process automation (RPA) to streamline and digitize business operations. They are seeking an RPA Developer to represent their team onsite with an end-client, driving automation initiatives from requirements gathering to deployment and post-implementation support. This is a hands-on role ideal for a self-directed professional who can work independently with business stakeholders, understand processes, and deliver practical automation outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end automation lifecycle — from process discovery, requirement gathering, and solution design to development, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Develop and maintain automation workflows using leading RPA tools such as UiPath or Power Automate.
  • Engage business stakeholders to understand processes, ask the right diagnostic questions, and translate needs into scalable, efficient automation solutions.
  • Manage one automation project at a time, ensuring timely delivery, documentation, and adherence to established standards.
  • Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize bots to enhance stability, performance, and user experience.
  • Act as an onsite automation consultant, coordinating with both client and internal management teams to ensure smooth execution and project success.

Job Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience delivering full-cycle RPA projects using UiPath, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of RPA frameworks, best practices, and scalable solution design.
  • Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Python, Net, or C#.
  • Comfortable working independently onsite while collaborating effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Prior experience managing automation projects independently will be highly regarded.
