About the role
As a Senior Manager in Sales Enablement, you will lead the design and execution of a regional enablement strategy that supports the growth of a key business segment across multiple markets. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, field readiness, and capability building—partnering closely with local teams to drive performance, design high-impact training programs, and develop tools that empower front-line teams.
You will also lead center-driven initiatives, build scalable toolkits, and collaborate with product, operations, and customer teams to ensure alignment between go-to-market efforts and business goals. This is a high-impact role with visibility across regional leadership, offering the opportunity to shape how sales teams are equipped to meet evolving customer needs in a rapidly transforming organization.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Driving product distribution activation in partnership with all the local BUs
- Designing and delivering impactful training programs with local teams
- Developing and overseeing sales analytics and performance tracking
- Leading center-led enablement initiatives and cross-selling strategies
- Shaping agency compensation and sales incentive frameworks
- Designing toolkits, collaborating on product design, and embedding continuous improvement
What we’ll like to see in you
We're looking for a strategic, hands-on professional with a strong track record in sales enablement or commercial excellence. You should have experience designing impactful training and performance programs, using data to drive decisions, and working across diverse markets and stakeholder groups. A background in supporting customer-facing teams, particularly in complex or regulated industries, will be highly valued. Your ability to collaborate, influence, and execute in a fast-paced, matrixed environment will be key to success in this role.
