About the Role

This role is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing HR Operations within Singapore while working closely with a regional shared services structure. The incumbent will own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring operational excellence across onboarding, payroll preparation, mobility, HR systems administration, and annual HR processes, while maintaining compliance with local statutory requirements. In addition to managing day-to-day operations, the role requires partnering with regional and cross-functional teams, including HRIS, Finance, and IT, to ensure seamless service delivery.

A key aspect of the role involves operating in an evolving environment, where processes are continuously being refined and new systems, including ticketing and workflow tools, are being implemented. As such, the role requires someone who can balance operational delivery with driving improvements, strengthening governance, and enhancing overall efficiency within HR services.

What We’ll Like to See in You

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations professional with a strong foundation in shared services and regional service delivery models. You bring a deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes, coupled with hands-on experience managing payroll coordination, HR data integrity, and statutory compliance within Singapore. Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, and involvement in system implementation or process transformation initiatives will be highly valued.

You are a proactive and analytical individual who is comfortable working in a fast-evolving environment. You demonstrate strong attention to detail, sound judgement in handling operational matters, and the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Equally important is your ability to collaborate effectively across countries and functions, manage multiple stakeholders, and lead a small team while remaining hands-on when required.
