About the role
As the Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in leading both strategic and operational marketing for the company’s customization portfolio across the APAC region. This is a newly created position that offers the unique opportunity to build from the ground up—establishing branding frameworks, content strategies, and marketing toolkits tailored to the needs of diverse markets. You'll be responsible for driving end-to-end brand development, sales enablement, customer success programs, community engagement, and event-led marketing. You will also lead market intelligence and GTM research, manage cross-border stakeholder partnerships, and create training programs that scale with the growth of the business. In addition, the scope will include general marketing operations and regional office-level administrative coordination where needed.
What we’ll like to see in you
You will bring along with you 12–15 years of marketing experience within global companies, with demonstrated strength across both strategic marketing and hands-on campaign execution. An MBA or advanced degree in a related field will be advantageous. Exposure to commodity, chemical, manufacturing sectors will be highly valued, along with strong familiarity with the Southeast Asia and Japan markets—especially if you’ve had on-the-ground experience in markets like Indonesia or Thailand. You’re known for being resourceful, collaborative, and data-informed in your approach, and have led or influenced programs across sales enablement, content creation, brand positioning, and customer success.
