Senior TA Executive (up to 5k)

Position: Senior Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: West Area, Singapore
Salary: Up to SGD 5,000 per month
Reporting to: HR Manager

About the Role
We are representing our client, a well-established multinational organization in the engineering and testing services sector, in their search for a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving full-cycle recruitment activities across Singapore, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, provide market insights, and develop effective sourcing strategies.

• Proactively identify and engage potential talents through various sourcing channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.

• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment campaigns to strengthen the organization’s talent attraction efforts.

• Maintain accurate and updated recruitment records and reports.

• Collaborate with HR team members to support onboarding activities and manpower planning exercises.

• Ensure all recruitment practices comply with internal policies and local employment laws.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition, preferably within engineering, manufacturing, or professional services industries.

• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and digital sourcing tools.
