Join a leading financial services provider, delivering innovative client solutions, seeking a skilled UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and refine intuitive user interfaces for financial applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align UX/UI designs with business objectives
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights
• Translate complex requirements into user-friendly designs
• Optimize designs for performance and accessibility
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups
• Work closely with development teams to implement designs
• Stay updated on UX/UI trends and technologies
• Provide guidance to junior designers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design
• Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles
• Experience with prototyping and wireframing
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and business teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field
• Portfolio demonstrating impactful design projects
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
