This role requires a creative, strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, and a strong focus on delivering impactful marketing campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive the launch and promotion of products and services across multiple distribution channels.
  • Oversee media buying initiatives to maximize the effectiveness of advertising campaigns on traditional and digital platforms, ensuring impactful and cost-efficient placements that meet marketing goals.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, including business development, product, and distribution, to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives and maintain consistent communication across channels.
  • Apply strong project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives, ensuring campaigns are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
  • Track and analyze competitors’ marketing activities to stay informed about trends, messaging, and engagement strategies, using insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Utilize digital marketing expertise to improve website performance, enhance social media engagement, execute SEO strategies, and manage data-driven email marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze data from websites, social media, and advertising campaigns to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, preferably within the financial or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of financial products and partner management, including agents and brokers, with awareness of industry trends, market players, and product segments.
  • Extensive experience in digital marketing, including website management, social media, SEO, email marketing, online advertising, analytics/reporting, and content creation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English.
  • Strong writing and editing abilities with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proven experience managing and mentoring teams, ensuring effective performance while fostering collaboration and professional growth.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional teams in complex environments.
  • Results-driven, collaborative, and hands-on, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
  • Education/Certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
