System Administrator Lead / MNC / $65k P/M / Perm

Our client, a leading multinational corporation known for its cutting-edge innovation and global footprint, is looking for an experienced System Administrator Lead to join their IT infrastructure team. This is a strategic role for a seasoned professional who excels in Microsoft environments and cloud-based systems.

Key Responsibilities

System & Cloud Administration

  • Oversee and manage Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Exchange
  • Administer and optimize cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure and AWS
  • Deliver advanced troubleshooting and support for on-premise and cloud-based systems

Cloud Strategy & Optimization

  • Lead cloud transformation initiatives including hybrid and full-scale cloud migrations
  • Continuously monitor cloud usage, performance, and cost-efficiency
  • Implement cloud governance best practices

IT Project Leadership & Documentation

  • Drive the delivery of IT infrastructure projects from planning through execution
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of systems, standards, and processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to support enterprise-wide application integration
  • Provide security-focused technical guidance for IT initiatives and infrastructure upgrades

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and cloud platforms
  • Proven track record in a senior or lead system administrator role
  • Deep expertise in managing Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and/or AWS environments
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Must speak English, Mandarin and Cantonese
