Join a global financial leader, delivering innovative voice solutions across Asia Pacific, seeking a skilled Voice Recording Engineer to support systems and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 and 2 support for voice systems
• Manage daily operations of Nice and Verba recording systems
• Support IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, and MS Teams voice services
• Perform daily system checks and preventive maintenance
• Troubleshoot voice and recording issues
• Collaborate with global teams on projects and knowledge sharing
• Prepare reports for operations and compliance teams
• Ensure system availability and meet service deadlines
• Assist with incident and change management
• Train and support team members

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years in trading voice support
• Expertise in Nice NTR/NTR-X, Nice Fusion, Verint Verba
• Knowledge of IPC Unigy, Cisco CUCM, MS Teams Voice
• Familiarity with Windows servers and private wires
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work in a global team
• Understanding of compliance regulations (MiFID, Dodd-Frank)
• Experience with SQL Server, NAS, SAN systems a plus
• CCNA or CCNA Voice certification advantageous
