Workday Solution Architect
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Workday Solution Architect
to own and optimize our Workday HCM solution. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday’s Compensation & Benefits modules, work closely with process owners to design scalable solutions, and drive best practices across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the solution owner and subject matter expert (SME)
for Workday Compensation & Benefits, including design, configuration, optimization, and issue resolution.
- Partner with HR process owners, business stakeholders, and IT teams
to translate business requirements into effective, scalable Workday solutions.
- Lead the design, implementation, and enhancement
of Workday HCM processes related to Compensation, Benefits, and related integrations.
- Develop and maintain solution roadmaps to ensure alignment with HR strategies and compliance standards.
- Oversee system testing, troubleshooting, and documentation for Compensation & Benefits functionalities.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
and train HR teams on system capabilities and best practices.
- Stay current with Workday releases, identifying and implementing new features to enhance functionality.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience
working with Workday HCM, with a strong focus on Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development or Absence module.
- Strong expertise in Workday configuration, business processes, reporting, and integrations.
- Proven experience collaborating with process owners
and cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and solution design skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Workday certification in Compensation and/or Benefits modules (preferred).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in large-scale Workday implementations or transformations.
- Knowledge of global HR processes and compliance requirements.
