Our client is now looking for an experienced Trade Marketing talents to work in function to support brand in FMCG and sales to achieve sales target in very active and dynamic market situation.

Work under supervision of Sales Team Lead and apply analysis of data to develop strategies in Price and Promotion area.

Location: Central Bangkok

Budget: 115K with other benefits

Day to day

  • Promotion Budget Management (Strategic Alignment): Align and allocate promotion spending by subcategory and channel, set KPIs for priority cells, and manage price and promotion investments strategically.
  • Promotion Guideline (Strategic Implementation): Develop guidelines for theme and price promotions, optimize promotions, and evaluate their impact.
  • Recommended Selling Price (RSP) Setting: Set prices for new product launches, adjust prices based on market reviews, and track performance.
  • Tracking: Monitor monthly KPIs, automate performance tracking, and provide business requirements for price analytics.
  • Enabler & Tools: Use visualization tools, standardize templates, and facilitate data integration for effective promotion management.
  • Capability Building: Strengthen pricing expertise and facilitate learning and sharing forums.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate prior experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Shopper Development, or Brand Marketing Management within the FMCG sector.
  • Effective Communication, Influential Negotiation Abilities, Customer and Consumer-Centric Approach,
  • Proficiency in Teamwork and Collaboration
  • Strong Proficiency in English.
  • Preferred skills: Encouraging Experimentation, Driving Innovation, and Proficiency in Developing and Coaching individuals.
