We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Director to lead our Education Business in Thailand. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Sales Director will be responsible for driving revenue and overall P&L management for our education centers across the country.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing a large sales team of more than 50 individuals and executing strategic initiatives to achieve aggressive growth targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Generation and P&L Management:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and profitability objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Monitor and manage the overall P&L performance of the education business, taking proactive steps to address any deviations from financial goals.

2. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a large sales team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and professional development opportunities to ensure the team's continuous growth and success.
  • Set clear performance goals and regularly evaluate team members' performance, providing constructive feedback and recognition.
  • Participate in the development of fiscal budgets; provide leadership to employees, recruiting, retaining, and developing talents and successors of key positions within the retail area.
  • Manage, develop and retain the talents in Sales & Marketing functions according to company policies and guidelines, and ensure all relevant HR procedures are followed.

3. Strategic Planning and Execution:

  • Understand the strategic direction of the company, the target customer and the competitive landscape and translate that understanding into promoting the business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to formulate long-term business plans and innovative sales approaches.
  • Drive the expansion of our education center network, identifying optimal locations and growth opportunities.

4. Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including school administrators, government bodies, and other relevant partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate business leads.
  • Ensure all centers decoration and layout is comply with corporate identity guideline and the Studio are well maintained to meet high standard of the brand image.

5. Sales Performance Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales metrics, track performance against targets, and provide regular reports to the CEO and executive leadership.
  • Continually develop, review and drive Sales & Marketing initiatives geared towards meeting company and department goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions, optimize sales processes, and improve overall sales team efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Proven track record of at least 8-10 years in progressively responsible sales leadership roles, with experience in the education industry being highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the education sector in Thailand, including market dynamics, regulatory environment, and customer preferences.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with a demonstrated ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable plans and drive results.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data to make informed decisions.
  • Fluent in Thai and English languages, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel as required within Thailand.
