Key Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for leading and managing the customer service team to provide top-notch service and support to our clients. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, optimizing processes, and improving service quality

  • Oversee the handling of customer inquiries, concerns, and requests.
  • Resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor service quality and ensure prompt response times.
  • Continuously review and optimize customer service processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and production, to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisory or management role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in English
