Digital Marketing Manager (Beauty Retail)
Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled in digital marketing and CRM management for an international beauty retail company. They are actively looking for Digital Marketing Manager to support the business.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email, mobile, and display platforms.
- Manage and upkeep company-owned media, including websites, mobile apps, and email/CRM software.
- Generate compelling digital content for publication on various platforms, such as text, photos, videos, and news.
- Drive engagement and conversions by researching market trends, audience behaviors, and competitors' activities.
- Establish KPIs, analyze digital marketing analytics, and share insights for optimization plans.
- Stay updated on emerging digital tools, platforms, and marketing trends, sharing insights with the team.
- Oversee digital and social media interactions, ensuring a positive customer service experience, and suggest/promote features to enhance brand awareness.
- Managing customer data and ensuring its accuracy, completeness and security within CRM system
- Developing and implementing CRM strategies to optimize customer relationships, retention, and engagement.
- Creating and overseeing communication plans to engage customers through various channels like email, social media, and in-person interactions.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
· At least 7 years of relevant experience in digital and CRM in beauty or similar industry.
· Bachelor's Degree/ Master's Degree in Management Business, Information systems, Marketing, or related field.
· Knowledge of prevailing procedures and techniques in e-commerce.
· Good technical knowledge for digital asset management
· High efficiency and strong multi-tasking management, interpersonal, analytical and people skills
- Fluent communication skill in both written and verbal English and Thai
