As the E-commerce team lead is essential in leading and strategizing the overall growth and success of the online marketplace platform. You'll be responsible for managing a team, setting objectives, and ensuring the effective functioning of the e-commerce marketplace, driving revenue growth and ensureing the achievement of sales target.
  • Responsible for developing and executing the long-term strategy for the e-commerce marketplace. This includes identifying market opportunities, setting revenue goals, and creating plans to achieve sustainable growth
  • Managing a team of professionals, your role will involve providing guidance, setting expectations, and fostering a collaborative and empowering work environment
  • Oversee all operational aspects of the marketplace. This includes managing seller onboarding, product listings, order fulfillment, payment processing, and ensuring a seamless user experience for both buyers and sellers
  • Responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and sellers. This includes negotiating contracts, assessing vendor performance, and identifying new strategic partners
  • Ensuring an exceptional user experience is crucial for the marketplace's success. You'll need to collaborate with UX/UI designers and development teams to optimize the platform's functionality, design, and navigation for a frictionless and engaging experience
  • Utilizing data-driven approaches, you will be responsible for analyzing marketplace performance, identifying trends, and making informed decisions to optimize revenue, user acquisition, and overall marketplace growth. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools are vital
  • Collaborating with the marketing team, you will strategize and execute marketing initiatives to drive awareness, user acquisition, and engagement for the marketplace. This includes implementing digital marketing campaigns, SEO strategies, and leveraging social media platforms
  • Ensuring the security and integrity of the marketplace is crucial. You'll need to stay updated on industry best practices, establish policies to protect sellers and customers from fraudulent activities, and address any potential risks or breaches promptly
  • Proactive in exploring innovative technologies, trends, and approaches to enhance themarketplace's offerings, user experience, and competitive advantage


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, marketing, e-commerce, or a related field is commonly preferred
  • A strong track record in e-commerce is crucial. Experience in managing and growing online marketplaces, including familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and market trends, is highly valued
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams, managing cross-functional collaboration, and driving successful outcomes is important. Leadership abilities include the ability to inspire and motivate teams, make strategic and have a clear vision for the growth and development of the platform. Proven experience in strategic planning, market analysis, and identifying growth opportunities is highly desired
  • Proficiency in e-commerce and marketplace technologies, tools, and analytics is necessary. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, data analysis tools, user behavior tracking, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is essential to make data-driven decisions
  • Strong marketing skills and an understanding of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, are desired. Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and engagement is valuable
  • Managing vendor relationships is a critical aspect of running an e-commerce marketplace. Experience in negotiating contracts, onboarding and managing sellers, assessing performance, and expanding the vendor network is important
  • A deep understanding of customer behavior and experience is vital. Experience in implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, managing customer support functions, and analyzing customer feedback will be beneficial
  • Keeping up with e-commerce trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies is essential. Demonstrating knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and staying updated on market dynamics will be advantageous
  • Native Thai speaker and Fluent in English
