Reporting to the Regional Supply Chain Director, you will be responsible for:

Coordinate and manage all aspects of our logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
Develop and implement strategies to streamline processes and improve efficiency throughout the entire supply chain.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper coordination and execution of all logistics activities, such as procurement, sales, and customer service.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our vendors, shipping carriers, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth operations and minimize delays.
Prepare and monitor budgets for logistics operations, ensuring cost-effective practices are followed without compromising on service quality.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to anticipate and adapt to changes in the logistics landscape.
Evaluate and select logistics service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage vendor relationships to meet performance expectations.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of dedicated logistics professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to promote a safe working environment for all logistics staff.
