What you will do:
- Develop and execute an omnichannel ecommerce strategy: Align with business goals to define a strategic roadmap, optimize product mix, pricing, and promotions, and drive profitable growth across all digital channels.
- Leverage Salesforce to its full potential: Use Salesforce as your command center, analyzing data to identify opportunities, track performance, and make data-driven decisions that optimize conversion rates and revenue.
- Lead by example: Foster a collaborative environment, motivate and guide the ecommerce team, and build strong relationships with cross-functional partners like marketing, IT, and operations.
- Master of the metrics: Become the KPI guru, owning and driving key performance indicators like conversion rates, average order value, customer acquisition cost, and return on investment (ROI).
- Stay ahead of the curve: Proactively research and implement the latest ecommerce trends and technologies, ensuring our business stays ahead of the competition.
