Role Duties

• Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities

• Update project schedules, action logs, risks, and issues

• Coordinate activities across business users, IT, and vendors

• Prepare meeting materials, status reports, and minutes

• Coordinate SIT, UAT, and deployment activities

• Act as first-line IT coordination point for business users

• Track enhancement requests and follow up with IT teams

Role Requirements

• Degree in IT, Business Administration, or related discipline

• 3–5 years IT project coordination and project management

• Experience supporting IT projects through SDLC

• Insurance or financial services exposure an advantage

• Familiarity with JIRA or similar project tools

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills

• Proactive, detail-oriented, able to work independently
