Business Analyst

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to support project initiatives.
• Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Support process mapping, gap analysis, and identification of business improvement opportunities.
• Assist in coordinating project activities, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Prepare project documentation, meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution, and defect tracking.
• Analyze business and operational data to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline; fresh graduates and candidates with internship experience are welcome. Prior exposure to the insurance industry is preferred but not required.
