About the Client

• Tier-1 insurer running a major claims and health transformation

• Claims & Health Transformation programme

• Replacing legacy claims operations with a new platform

• Working across Claims, Contact Centre, Operations, Distribution

• High-visibility programme with senior stakeholder exposure

Role Duties

• Lead end-to-end change strategy and integrated roadmap for Claims and Health team

• Conduct business impact assessments across claims and operations

• Build business readiness plans, change risk registers, mitigation actions

• Drive stakeholder engagement, communications, and user adoption

• Develop training plans, curriculum, train-the-trainer programmes

• Coordinate go-live assessments and business readiness sign-offs

• Establish hypercare and post-go-live stabilisation support

• Track adoption and benefits realisation against programme outcomes

Role Requirements

• 6–10 years change management and operations transformation

• Claims processing or related operations transformation experience

• Insurance, health, or financial services background preferred

• Experience with system implementations and operating model change

• Change impact assessment, readiness, adoption measurement

• Agile or phased-release delivery experience is an advantage

• Hong Kong PR / local candidate — Cantonese required

• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills
