Our client is an international FMCG company with a strong portfolio of premium beverage brands and is seeking a commercially driven leader to take ownership of the overall business performance in Thailand. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the commercial agenda across sales, marketing, distributor management, and business planning, with full P&L responsibility. Working closely with regional stakeholders and local partners, you will be responsible for driving sustainable growth, strengthening market presence, and delivering long-term commercial success.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the commercial strategy across the brand portfolio, driving sales performance, distributor excellence, and profitable growth.
- Identify new market opportunities, customer insights, and competitive trends to shape commercial strategy
- Partner closely with the local distributor to develop annual business plans, commercial priorities, and execution strategies.
- Drive portfolio performance through pricing, route-to-market optimization, brand activation, and commercial investment.
- Ensure best-in-class execution across on-trade, off-trade, and emerging channels where applicable.
- Own the full P&L and commercial planning process, including forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and investment decisions.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to align priorities and optimize business performance
- Monitor business performance, evaluate commercial investments, and implement actions to improve profitability and operational efficiency
- Build, coach, and lead a high-performing commercial team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 10+ years of commercial leadership experience within FMCG, consumer goods, beverages, alcohol or related industries
- Strong experience leading sales, distributor management, and commercial strategy
- Demonstrated success in channel development, portfolio management, and go-to-market execution
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Strong financial and analytical acumen with the ability to translate market insights into business decisions
- Experience working within regional or matrix organizations is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills in English
