About the Client

Our client is a global financial services institution with a strong presence in Asia. They are transforming their wealth and personal banking platforms to deliver best-in-class investment solutions. This role sits within their Investment Managed Solutions (IMS) delivery team, driving platform initiatives across APAC.

Role Duties

• Lead end-to-end delivery of wealth management platform initiatives.

• Drive Agile delivery across cross-functional teams and geographies.

• Define project approach and enforce methodology across stakeholders.

• Manage risks, remove blockers, and drive on-time delivery.

• Engage stakeholders across business, technology, operations, and compliance.

Role Requirements

• 8–10 years experience in wealth management, asset management, or investment banking.

• Strong knowledge of Discretionary Portfolio Management, Funds, Private Equity, Alternative Investments.

• Understanding of trade, post-trade, and product service lifecycle flows.

• Experience with global or regional digital transformation and Agile delivery.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Trilingual – English, Cantonese, and Mandarin is a must
