Digital Ops Project Manager (Contract)

• Support the delivery of digital and omnichannel initiatives across e-commerce and retail operations.
• Gather business requirements and coordinate with business users, IT teams, and external vendors.
• Assist in managing project timelines, risks, issues, and implementation activities.
• Support the rollout and enhancement of digital solutions, including fulfilment and customer experience initiatives.
• Partner with regional and local teams to understand business needs and drive project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, status reports, presentations, and business cases.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of digital transformation projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• 4-7 years of experience in digital operations, e-commerce, project coordination, or business transformation.
• Retail, e-commerce, or FMCG industry experience preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, analytical, and project coordination skills.
