Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of ERP implementation, enhancement, upgrade, and transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, scope, timeline, and budget.
  • Manage cross-functional teams across business, technology, vendors, and external partners to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Oversee project planning, governance, risk management, resource allocation, and status reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with architecture, development, infrastructure, and business teams to translate requirements into actionable delivery plans.
  • Drive system integration, data migration, testing, deployment, and change management activities across multiple workstreams.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and issues while maintaining momentum in a fast-paced environment.
  • Establish strong stakeholder relationships and provide regular executive-level communication on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Champion continuous improvement in project delivery methodologies, governance practices, and ERP program execution.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience delivering ERP or enterprise application projects within the retail industry is essential.
  • Strong technical project management background with experience leading complex technology implementation or transformation programs.
  • Experience working with Oracle Retail Cloud, Oracle Retail Merchandising, Oracle ERP, SAP Retail, or similar retail platforms is highly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of retail business processes including merchandising, supply chain, inventory, store operations, and ecommerce.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and vendor management skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong drive, ownership mindset, and ability to deliver in dynamic environments.
