Front Office Technology Delivery Manager - 12 Months - 70-90K

My client is a global financial services organization with a strong investment platform across Asia. They are currently expanding their Front Office Technology function and seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to oversee strategic technology initiatives and cross-functional delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of Front Office technology initiatives supporting Investment, Trading, Portfolio Management, and Risk functions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, requirements, and roadmaps, translating them into effective technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable technology deliverables
• Provide technical oversight across projects, ensuring solution designs, integrations, and architecture align with business needs and enterprise standards.
• Monitor vendor and service provider performance, ensuring delivery quality, accountability, and adherence to agreed service levels.
• Act as the primary technology liaison and escalation point for Front Office stakeholders, driving issue resolution and delivery outcomes.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 years of experience in a Technology Delivery, Technical Project Management, Application Management, or Technology Leadership role within the Financial Services industry.
• Hands-on experience with investment management platforms such as BlackRock Aladdin and/or eFront
• Proven experience delivering technology solutions supporting Front Office, Investment Management, Trading, Portfolio Management, or Risk functions.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams, including offshore developers, technology partners, and third-party vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex technology initiatives from requirements through to implementation and post-production support.
• Strong understanding of Front Office technology landscapes, system integrations, application architecture, and software delivery lifecycle.
