We are partnering with a global organisation to appoint an Identity & Access Management (IAM) Solution Architect
who will play a key role in shaping and delivering its enterprise identity architecture.
This is a hands-on architecture position covering the full IAM landscape —
You will work across security, infrastructure, cloud, applications and operational technology teams to translate business and security requirements into scalable IAM solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own and evolve IAM solution architecture, reference designs and reusable architectural patterns.
- Design solutions across IGA, PAM, SSO, federation, MFA, Conditional Access, directory services and non-human identities.
- Architect PAM capabilities
- Design authentication and access solutions using Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory, including SSO, MFA, passwordless authentication, Conditional Access and B2B access.
- Design integrations across cloud, SaaS, on-premise and OT platforms using technologies including SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, LDAP, Kerberos, APIs and X.509.
- Provide architecture oversight throughout the delivery lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through implementation, testing and transition into operations.
- Work closely with engineering, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, application and vendor teams to ensure solutions align with security and enterprise architecture standards.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–6 years' experience in IAM solution architecting
- Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise IAM solutions.
- Strong knowledge across IGA, PAM, Access Management, Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of identity standards and protocols including SAML, OAuth/OIDC, SCIM, LDAP and Kerberos.
- Comfortable working across multiple technical domains and communicating architecture decisions to both technical and business stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
