About the Client

Leading global insurance group with strong APAC presence. Seeking an experienced Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery across business-critical transformation initiatives.

Role Duties

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies across multiple squads

• Coach teams on Agile principles and best practices

• Remove impediments and resolve blockers proactively

• Manage cross-squad dependencies and Scrum of Scrums

• Partner with Product Owners on backlog refinement

• Track and monitor release plans and roadmaps

• Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives

• Ensure compliance with governance and standards

Role Requirements

• 5+ years hands-on Scrum Master experience

• Deep understanding of Agile values and frameworks (Scrum/Kanban)

• Strong facilitation and coaching capabilities

• Proficient in Jira and Confluence

• Certified Scrum Master (PSM or CSM preferred)

• Fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English

• Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred

• "Can-do" attitude in fast-paced, dynamic environments
