Market Head - Thailand -Expression of Interest

We have been formally engaged to execute an Executive Search mandate which will deliver an experienced, turnaround-focused market leader for Thailand. This is part of a high-performing region of an international player in the medical and consumer field.

You will bring exceptional business, operational and commercial leadership credentials, that were forged across both consumer and clinical environments.

More importantly, you will carry a history of steering the turnaround of a key pillar within an exciting group of medically focused portfolios, renowned in their field for quality, alongside developing the untapped opportunities / potential of their exciting additional segments.

The mandate is to lead a business that has reached the ceiling of its organic growth trajectory for certain portfolios and now demands exceptional execution and strategic planning to retain or reclaim its position as an industry leader whilst capiltilising harnessing the opportunities in adjacent business units that are starting out on a high growth trajectory.

You will bring undisputed exposure and leadership experience across specialist medical networks, Speifically KOLs, and HCP's that also span Consumer Health retail channels.

Most importantly a track record of elevating high-potential or high-performing business leaders to even greater heights—including strong results in talent retention and engagement.

The right profile demonstrates significant functional grounding within an international player across HCP and Consumer Healthcare environments, having subsequently led a medium-sized build-out, spin-off, or startup—operating within a lean structure and delivering regardless.
