Key Responsibilities

  • Translate commercial, brand, and sales goals into concrete technical specifications for data warehouse, BI, and engineering teams .

  • Partner directly with Asia-wide regional leaders across Client, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to define KPI routines, manage expectations, and drive actionable insight routines .

  • Execute ad-hoc data extractions, deep-dive root cause analyses, and rapid insight turnarounds to answer high-priority, unstructured business questions from executive leadership .

  • Define marketing intelligence logic and partner with Data & Analytics teams to specify and build ETL flows, data lake/warehouse pipelines, and data connector architectures integrating APIs, CRM, and ad platforms .

  • Shape and integrate AI-enabled, agentic capabilities to drive Next-Best-Action, Next-Best-Message, and Next-Best-Channel frameworks across full-funnel customer journeys .

  • Navigate complex, highly regulated enterprise environments and rigid governance structures with resilience and patience to move data initiatives from concept through compliance to execution .

Key Requirements & Qualifications

  • 8–10+ years of technofunctional experience spanning marketing analytics, BI, data transformation, or client intelligence .

  • Experience working inside rigid, highly governed enterprise environments, with a strong background in insurance, banking, or financial services preferred .

  • Hands-on exposure to SQL, Python, ETL principles, and cloud data platform concepts (AWS/Azure) .

  • Proven capability working with messy, unstructured, and fragmented data sets .

  • Solid understanding of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), marketing intelligence connectors (e.g., Supermetrics, APIs), web/ad analytics (Adobe/Google), and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) .

  • Highly resilient, patient, and self-driven mindset .

  • T-shaped skill set—deep enough in data engineering and analytics concepts to earn respect from tech teams, but articulate enough to influence business executives .

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
