About the Client

A leading Hong Kong banking group providing tailored financial solutions to corporate customers from SMEs to publicly listed companies. Services include corporate lending, trade finance, cash management, treasury, and digital banking.

Role Duties

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for CMB initiatives

• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and resources

• Design process workflows and drive re-engineering

• Work with business users, IT, operations, legal, and compliance

• Conduct change impact and adoption assessments

• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies

• Support project prioritisation and resource optimisation

• Keep abreast of banking technology and best practices

Role Requirements

• University graduate with 8+ years banking experience

• Commercial Banking knowledge – lending, payments, wealth, digital channels

• Project management experience in medium-to-large scale projects

• Strong stakeholder management – up to C-level

• End-to-end project delivery experience

• Analytical with robust problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
