Regional Procurement Manager – Raw Materials (Food & Beverage)

We are looking for an experienced Regional Procurement Manager to lead raw material sourcing for a growing Food & Beverage manufacturing business.

The role will focus on strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and supply continuity, while working closely with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and purchasing strategies for key raw materials.
• Manage supplier selection, negotiation, contracts, and performance.
• Monitor market trends, pricing, and supply risks.
• Drive cost savings and identify alternative sources.
• Build strong relationships with local and international suppliers.
• Partner with R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain on business and NPD requirements.
• Support regional sourcing initiatives across SEA/APAC.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of procurement/sourcing experience, preferably in Food & Beverage
• Strong experience in raw material sourcing and supplier negotiation.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Regional procurement experience is highly preferred.
• Good command of Thai and English.
