Regional Project Manager – Insurance Transformation (12-mth)

About the Client

A global insurer operating in over 30 countries with a B2B2C model and more than 500 partners worldwide. The Asia Regional Office in Hong Kong oversees operations across Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.

Role Duties

• Lead company restructuring for a small entity

• Assess customer, partner, and regulatory impacts

• Manage Group and regional project implementations

• Act as liaison between Group PM and local entities

• Oversee project governance and stakeholder coordination

• Identify and mitigate risks and blockers

• Report progress to C-level sponsors and stakeholders

• Travel may be required across Asia markets

Role Requirements

• 10+ years project management or consulting experience

• Regional / multi-country project delivery experience

• Strong C-level stakeholder management skills

• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and risks

• Insurance operations experience – advantageous

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and oral)

• Immediate availability – preferred
