Role Duties

• Manage 3-4 concurrent data/process transformation projects

• Run project cadence and delivery governance

• Identify, escalate and resolve blockers/risks

• Track progress using Jira and Confluence

• Coordinate with business stakeholders across regions

• Ensure timely delivery of data products and dashboards

• Keep stakeholders updated on project statuses

Role Requirements

• 5+ years Project/Scrum Master experience

• Background in transformation or financial services

• Strong Jira and Confluence skills

• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently

• Proactive communicator who escalates blockers early

• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

• Malaysian Citizenship required
