· Support engagement with relevant regulators, including the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), on corporate governance and regulatory matters.
· Review and support the implementation of governance arrangements, including Board and Committee structures, terms of reference, delegations of authority, reporting lines and related policies.

· Good understanding of Singapore company law, corporate governance principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
· Exposure to regulatory interpretation, governance reviews, Board advisory matters or regulatory engagement would be beneficial.
· Experience supporting mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, business transfers or governance integration projects would be an advantage.
· Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex requirements and prepare clear, well-structured materials for senior stakeholders.
· High attention to detail, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities and competing deadlines.
