Our client is a fast-growing international player in capital-intensive infrastructure, operating across Asia and Europe. As they continue their global expansion, they are seeking a mature, commercially minded Senior Finance Manager to serve as the local finance leader and a key business partner to the regional leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to APAC leadership, translating financial data into actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Own country P&L, balance sheet, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting.
- Partner with commercial and development teams to provide financial inputs, risk assessments, and modeling for major capital projects and business opportunities.
- Build, scale, and lead the local finance function across accounting, tax, treasury, and external advisory.
- Establish financial governance, internal controls, and reporting standards to support scaling and long-term corporate readiness.
- Work with global treasury and tax teams on capital structures, local financing, and risk management.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders across regional and corporate matrix teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ years of progressive finance leadership experience.
- Strong background in capital-intensive sectors (e.g., energy, utilities, real estate development, industrial operations, or digital infrastructure).
- Proven expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, and evaluating large-scale investment decisions.
- ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate matrix environments and influence senior executives.
Preferred Experience
- Experience supporting greenfield developments, multi-site projects, or large asset deployments.
- Exposure to project financing, debt structures, or public company/IPO standards.
- Track record of building finance teams during market entry and business expansion.
